
Ingredients
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 medium size can tomatoes
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 Tablespoons flour, blended with 2 Tablespoons cold water
- 1 can tomato soup
Directions
Cook onion and pepper in butter for 5 minutes. Add meat and brown well. Add corn, soup, tomatoes, sugar, and salt. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Stir in blended flour and water. Cook until hot.
